Industrial Maintenance Contracts
What is a Maintenance Contract
A service maintenance contract is an agreement between a service provider and a client that outlines the tasks, schedule, and frequency of maintenance services. For example, commercial maintenance contracts for HVAC clients may include four check-ups and one filter replacement by a qualified mechanical expert on their systems per year.
An annual maintenance contract, or contract maintenance agreement, is a business arrangement for ongoing maintenance, agreed on by the manufacturing facility and a service provider. This ensures optimal performance throughout the year.

Maintenance Contracts can be catered to each clients needs. For example,
- Two Contractors for One year that travel to your facility as frequent as needed. During this trip they can provide routine maintenance on your machines, Preventative maintenance, and any other mechanical problems that arise.
- One or Two Electrical Techinicans that can have the same type of responsibilities. Checking panels for shorts, or electrical issues that you may be experiencing, or correcting ongoing electrical problems.
- You may need someone to assist with the management of an upcoming upgrade with your machines you have been planning. We can do this as well by sending out a qualified Manager for any length of time (Minimums) to also assit with planning your upgrade. We are here to help with any needs you may have, short or long term.
